On January 5, Foshan Airosd Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Airosd Company") successfully acquired an industrial land parcel of approximately 16.62 mu located south of Wenbi Road and east of Ruixin Road in Lions Mountain Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. This is the first industrial land transaction in Nanhai District in 2026, marking a positive start for industrial development in Lions Mountain at the beginning of the new year.
The project plans to invest 200 million yuan to build a green energy digital intelligent manufacturing base, aiming to expand the production of core products such as ultra-low-temperature air-source heat pump high-temperature drying units. Upon reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to generate annual tax revenue exceeding 5 million yuan. The project will be equipped with an intelligent warehousing system, automated assembly lines, and a digital testing platform, focusing on breakthroughs in -40°C ultra-low-temperature heating technology and 80°C high-temperature drying technology. This initiative will fill the industrial gap in Foshan's application of heat pump technology in extreme environments, promote efficient energy utilization and industrial green transformation through technological innovation, and support the manufacturing industry in advancing toward high-end, intelligent, and green development.
The implementation of this project also reflects Lions Mountain’s active response to the national energy conservation and emission reduction strategy, as well as the "dual carbon" goals. Upon completion, the project will further synergize with the company’s existing heating and drying businesses, effectively advancing the application of heat pump technology from residential heating to industrial energy-saving sectors.
